Private group training is great for three reasons: it increases your circle of influence, makes our service more affordable, and it extends our reach to improve more people’s lives. Training sessions are structured according to the group wants and goals. Ideal for running groups, corporate groups, groups of friends as well as family groups, all for different reasons. With a maximum of 5 participants at any one time

Join us at parks around the Muswell Hill area and the surroundings (Halliwick Recreation Park Ground, Alexandra Palace Park, Cherry Trees Park, Highgate woods Park). Please contact us to confirm times and places. Courses run all year round in all weather (only for those who are not made of sugar).
Our Running Club meets three times a week for group running training sessions in the beautiful surrounds of Muswell Hill and even further. It is designed to be challenging and fun no matter what your level of running experience.

More than Mums Fitness group is a group of mums who want to get back in shape after having kids or just want to train and improve their fitness level. It's a group of mums who exercise and socialise at the same time, without needing childcare. Mums have the option whether to bring babies/ kids along or not.
Sessions are designed to provide cardio –vascular & strengthen workouts.
These normally involve a 2 or 3 mile walk of varying paces to suit all. Power walking for those who want or a more gentle pace for others. Some sessions also include toning activities to give an all-round workout and some involve some “walking speed work” with buggies for those wanting an extra workout. Buggy walks may be park based or involve routes on pavements/tracks.
These are outdoor (summer period) and indoor (winter period) based sessions which offers a good workout including toning and resistance work.
Maggie has passion for health & fitness. Being athlete most years of her life she loves to inspire, motivate and help people to achieve their ultimate lifestyle and fitness goal(s). Her belief stands on that health is not a state but a process. To be healthy is to be habitually making new choices regarding your(self) health. One way to maintain that momentum is to be surrounded with motivating and strong people who want the same as you.
She was a track & field athlete and represented Greece in 100m hurdles, long jump and 4x100m relays several years. She has worked as a sport coach in schools, Universities and Army. She is currently doing her Phd and takes courses in teaching Greek as a foreign language.
